Cold and sometimes Snowy Winters give us a lot of time to design and plan when we can't get outside for a while.

Our Rocking horses are a work of art and no two are exactly the same. We handcraft each one separately, and give each special attention for your little Buckaroos. These are great for kids but also for decorating with a country flare. Solid wood workmanship with a pecan finish that gives them that look of "Days gone by." A special gift for anyone you consider special.

How should I put this, unknowingly submitted by my mom, Doris N Taylor or Taylorsville, TX..............
Tomato Pesto Tarts
2/3 cup chopped tomatoes
¼ cup mozzarella
3 T shredded Parmesan
2 tsp.pesto
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Mini phyllo dough tart shells (usually in the frozen pie shell section of your local grocery store)
Mix all ingredients, fill tart shells, and bak 8-12 mins. at 350*. The tart shells come about 15 per box depending on the brand. Depending on how many you need, you can divide the mixture evenly between the shells. If you have any filling left over, try stuffing boneless, skinless chicken breasts with it and bake until done, Yummy!
